Very comfortable, well-designed hotel room in an old residential building. Very close to the harbour and restaurants. extremely comfortable bed with lovely linen. Appreciated the lift to reach our 2nd floor room - a feature not often found in this type of building. Enjoyed the balcony with views over town. Wifi was fast and reliable.
Parking would be tricky if you had a car. But no car is needed to explore Chania town.

Clean & Tidy with an up to date new feeling plus actually seeing someone at reception in the mornings was really helpful & reassuring.
There was an electrical blackout which resulted in no entry to the building using the front door electronic pad.

The walls were super thin, I could hear everyone going up and down the stairs when I was trying to sleep and a neighbouring baby crying when I tried to go to sleep and to wake up to.
