Some Cape houses have a musty smell but this house is lovely - smelled fresh. The size was perfect for our family. All the appliances worked great, including the a/c. Full ice trays on arrival was a nice touch. Horseshoes were fun, too!
The only improvement we would make would be to block around the upstairs bedroom windows where the a/cs are to keep bugs from coming in.
