Closeness to the beach and to Centre of town. The apartment was well equipped and clean.
The apartment that we rented did not have any windows that faced to the street or beach. Our windows faced into an internal courtyard with no view. When renting the apartment we may have missed this in the description.

We loved the location. The beach was a 2 minute walk from the apartment and the owner provided beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. The apartment had everything we needed for our 5 night stay.
It was perfect for 2 people, any more then it would have been a tight squeeze.
