Questo appartamento completamente ristrutturato si trova in una posizione ideale tra il cuore di estepona e il suo bellissimo porto. Comprende 3 ampie camere da letto, una cucina moderna, 2 bagni e un ampio salone / sala da pranzo. L'appartamento ha un ampio balcone sul lato anteriore e laterale che consente una vista mozzafiato sul mare del Mediterraneo, la visione di Gibilterra / Marocco e il lungomare recentemente paesaggistico. La spiaggia è a pochi minuti a piedi che consente di prendere le sedie fornite per rilassarsi e risparmiare sui costi di noleggio. Estepona ha mantenuto i suoi costumi e le sue tradizioni, combinandole con aspetti moderni e turistici. La piazza è a 5 minuti a piedi con banche, negozi, vari ristoranti e residenze pittoresche. Il porto turistico è a meno di 10 minuti a piedi e ha una vasta gamma di ristoranti dove è possibile sedersi e guardare le barche o noleggiarne uno da soli e vedere i delfini. Mercatini fantastici si svolgono sia nella marina che in piazza estepona e nei supermercati vicini con un negozio molto grande di 20 minuti a piedi.

The apartment is perfectly situated right on the beachfront overlooking the pedestrianised promenade affording superb beach and sea views. Equidistant between the port and the old town, everything was in easy reach including supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants - all within a 10/15 minute amble away. The apartment is spacious and well-proportioned was very well equipped. The TV hosted all UK tv channels and well as all major streaming channels and the wifi worked perfectly. The host was friendly and very communicative and easy to contact. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped with plenty of towels. Estepona is a beautiful town, bedecked with flowers and retaining traditional Spanish architecture and atmosphere. The apartment offers and perfect location to fully explore Estepona as well as the immediate locality. We found the locals very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly recommend this apartment and Estepona for a relaxing holiday.

Right in the heart of Estapona’s shops restaurants and bars. Choice of a mass of well priced supermarkets close by.
The apartment has everything to offer . Lovely balcony with best sea view to watch the sunrise.
The host and manager of the property were faultless in any enquiry I made.
A small comment I would make is it is probably due a little facelift.

First about the apartment, it was as advertised a 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom. The balcony was the 2nd best part, amazing view and room for 5 adults. Kitchen has all the necessary appliances and tools. The only nitpicky thing was the 2nd bathroom, the shower was very tight by "American" standards, again I'm just being nitpicky.
The best part was the support received by the owner Neelum, and the property manager, Lydia. We rented a car and got impossibly lost due to construction in the area. Lydia met us and guided us to the apartment.
You're a 10 minute walk from Old Town and all the restaurants.
If we vacation in Estepona again, we will surely rebook.

The apartment was overlooking the beach but there was no access as advertised due to the construction going on. We weren't told of this until after the full refund date. The 2nd bathroom was a converted closet I think.
