Located in a small and quiet building on the second floor without an elevator, the apartment offers a comfortable and welcoming environment in one of the most central areas of Venice.

PRIME CENTRAL LOCATION
CA’ MATILDE is located in a super-central and convenient position, just a few steps from Campo Santo Stefano and Palazzo Grassi.
The San Samuele and Sant’Angelo vaporetto stops are both within easy walking distance. If you prefer to arrive by private water taxi, the nearest water taxi landing point is also very close to the apartment.
The location allows you to explore Venice comfortably on foot while also having convenient access to public water transportation.

Complete bed and bath linen is provided for the entire duration of your stay.

SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

ANIMALS: no animals

EXTRA FEES
The Venice City Tax is an additional mandatory charge required by the City of Venice.
The tax is €3 per person per day, up to a maximum of 5 days, and must be paid by the guest in cash at check-in.
Upon check-in, valid identification documents for all guests must be presented, as required by Italian law. a demange refundable deposit of Euro 200 will be required to all Guests

CHECK-IN
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, NOT LATER by appointment.
We personally welcome our guests at the apartment.
Self check-in is not available.

HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING
The apartment is equipped with both central heating and air conditioning.
The operation of the heating system is regulated by Italian law and by the regulations applicable in the Province of Venice. Central heating is normally available from October 15th to April 15th.
The air-conditioning system is available during the warmer season, normally from May 1st to October 1st, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
These operating periods are established according to the regulations of the City of Venice and applicable Italian legislation.
