This location was close to so many things! Very convenient location. The beach was perfect for children. Very enjoyable stay

Great location, fabulous walking for miles on the beach sidewalk out front. Unit is a clean simple unit with nice beach vibe furnishings, great views! We really enjoyed our stay. Had fun checking out all the beach cafes on Pacific and Mission Beaches, good food And margaritas!

Great location, right on they bay. Beautiful views. The patio is a great place to hang out and so nice there is a kayak and paddle board for use. Couple of minor things to be aware of: the bed in the bedroom is VERY soft. The shower has very low pressure and the showerhead is positioned low so if you are tall it's a bit of an experience to wash your hair. The shower towels are also for small people. The oven didn't work so if you are going to want that, ask Fred to check on it before you come. Kitchen didn't have some very basic things like salt! Ask ahead if you are planning that something will be in place. Also the entrance to the parking spot is over the curb. Usually there aren't many cars there so we could go around without jumping the curb, but a couple of times we had to jump it and that was not pretty with our small and low-to-the-ground rental car. We looked at a lot of other VRBO's (from the outside) while we were there and definitely thought we had the best spot. We'd come back for sure.

The condo needs to be refreshed. It is not nearly as clean, bright and cheerful as it appears in the pictures which are out of date. Also, the bathroom storage was non existent.

This was our second visit to this great property. The unit is perfectly located for easy access to the beach and the boardwalk. The view is beautiful! We spent our vacation on the sand and riding our. Beach cruisers on the boardwalk . Great place to exercise also. Relaxing on the patio or a swim in the bay is a perfect ending to a perfect day on Mission Bay ! Fred is great and it was a pleasure working with him again. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. We definitely need to make that happen sooner than later ! Thank you !!

We had such a nice week relaxing on the Bay. The communication was great and we felt right at home at the property. It was clean and comfortable with direct access to the beach and the walking/running trail. We definitely would rent this property again.

Everything about this place was amazing. The only complaint was that the bathroom door doesn't shut all the way but it could have been from the humidity. I'd definitely stay here again!

We loved this cozy condo with a bay view. The complex was quiet and centrally located. We had beautiful morning and evening walks around the bay. Very enjoyable and we would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute condo. Amenities were perfect and the space was nice and tidy. Waking up to the ocean view was by far my favorite and my two kids enjoyed waking up early to play on the beach. It was so convenient to be able to just pop inside for lunch or a quick nap out of the sun. The host gave great east to follow instructions. I definitely recommend this place!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would rent again in the future. It has everything you could need plus some and it was clean! It overlooks the bay and there is a beach right outside the gate where you can use paddleboards ect. Owner is very responsive and helpful and provides what you need for a smooth check in!

This place was perfect for us. Location couldn’t have been better and it was the perfect size for a little get-a-way. Place was clean, had good amenities and it’s own parking spot. Check-in and check-out was easy and instructions were clear

Perfect location for a quiet relaxing weekend.

Apt is nice and comfortable. It is on the bottom level. The view of the water is very nice. The walls are thin however so you hear everything above you. Still for the price, it was nice. Location is perfect as it’s very close to the Midway, Seaworld and other fun attractions. The beach right outside your door is clean and very nice. The apartment is very secure.

Lovely views and great place to walk.

Situated adjacent to the bike/walk/skate pathway and the Bay itself, the location is great. The condo was clean, the bed comfortable and the kitchen quite adequate for a 2-week stay. It is a small unit without convenient places to put your clothes (no room in the bedroom, but rather a 3-drawer bureau in the closet) or toiletries (edge of sink and top of toilet didn't provide much space). The dining room table didn't work for us because we couldn't get our legs under the table when sitting in the very high chairs. All this said, we enjoyed our stay. We ate at the couch overlooking the Bay. We overturned a provided laundry basket to use as a platform for our bathroom toiletries and so forth. The manager was responsive. Overall, we loved our stay.

This was a great place to stay! Nice view, easy accessibility to places. A great place to walk and overall a wonderful get away.

Wonderful location right on the beach. We enjoyed watching all of the walkers, bikers, and dogs frolic on the beach. This property was perfect for my husband and myself. The new furniture is lovely. However, the chairs do not fit under the table but I’m sure Fred will take care of that.🥰

Everything was just as advertised ! Would stay again

The property fit our needs, the view was great. The kitchen does not have a full size refrigerator or stove if that’s important to you. Also, the cabinets are up over 6 feet. I could not reach anything. In order to get to the unit you must go down some very steep stairs, probably 20 of them. At the very top is a dangerous trip hazard that needs to be addressed. Overall, however, it is a great place for a couple.

We stayed 5 nights. The location and view are fantastic! The path out back along the beach is very convenient. From there everything else was just okay. The place is tiny--photos make it look much bigger. The room layout is awkward with the bathroom out from the bedroom past the table and around a wall; and the closet on the other side of the space. The bed barely fits in the bedroom, and the bed is not comfortable. The fan in the bathroom is loud! It is connected to the light above the sink so if you want the light on above the mirror at the sink, you will have to endure the deafening fan. Kitchen is small as is the stove. We only made breakfast (eggs and toast) so we had what we needed for that. The place was cleaned well. Furniture decent, although unable to sit comfortably at the table as the chairs were too high and can't fit your legs under. There were a lot of miscellaneous items ( apparently being stored) on the patio below our unit--SUPs, bicycles, several grills. Took away from the view. The stay was just okay and we probably would not stay here again.
