We got the lake view rooms. So so beautiful. Direct view of Mount Pilatus. The rooms and bathrooms are super clean. Staff are friendly and likeable. Beautiful stay.

Charming and view
Small rooms and tight bathroom but at least clean.

Good location, walking distance to central Luzern. Good views and a cool, historic hotel, feel.
Bathroom door provides limited privacy

The view from the room over the lake was lovely
The steep hill up to the property was too difficult and resulted in having to pay expensive taxi fares when returning to the property. The walk down was possible.
Twin beds as requested but there was not room to walk to get in to the left hand bed as so close to the wall.
