Breakfast and room facilities are good and clean
Location. Is a bit far from the main Lucerne city and its attractions. The nearest station is 10 min walk so it’s not all that bad

The location is great. Only a 10 minute walk to Littau train station where you get a train at 35 minutes past every hour, straight into Lucerne. It only takes 6 minutes. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
It's a little noisy beside a busy road and on the ground floor the shutters on the outside of the window are permanently shut, so no natural light in the room. A few more breakfast options would be great.

The hotel staff was really welcoming and friendly, there was plenty of parking space andit was totally free, we had to leave early so the hotel manager was generous enough to pack us a goodie bag with sandwiches, fruits and lots snacks which we really appreciate.compared to how pricey Switzerland is, the price of this hotel was great value for our money, it’s only 500 meters away from the train station and we got free visitors passes to use public transportation.which made sightseeing easier. And the breakfast buffet is simply but is one is from Europe and they are used to the European breakfast, it is 100% perfect, u get everything u would eat for breakfast in your own home.
The room we had was extremely warm, though we had two fans we could turn on and the pillows are absolutely terrible. Take your own pillows if you can .
