4ème étage sans ascenseur avec escaliers étroits

Die Lage in Camden ist super, zu Bus und U-Bahn sind es nur einige Meter. Es gibt viele Universitäten in der Umgebung. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, alles sieht genauso aus. Wie auf den Fotos, nur den Teppich vor dem Sofa gibt es nicht. Die Kommunikation hat gut und schnell geklappt. Von den Nachbarn haben wir nichts gehört, nur von der Straße hört man normale Stadtgeräusche.😊

Alles ist schon ein wenig gealtert und sollte bald ersetzt oder ausgebessert werden. Vor allem das Schlafsofa ist sehr unbequem, weil es wirklich sehr durchgelegen ist. Das kann eigentlich nicht mehr zum Schlafen verwendet werden.

This was self-catering accommodation which is what we required. It is in a good location, handy to mainline and tube stations. Being a corner unit and three floors up it was well lit with natural light. There was adequate room in the living/kitchen area for three people. It is located in a reasonably quiet street away from busy Euston Road.

There was a lack of cooking cutlery. The kitchen sink plug would not seal and was glad of the spare plug we carried. The shower screen did not seal securely and water penetrated between it and top of the bath forming a puddle on the bathroom floor after a shower. There were no cloths to mop the floor. We were a 3 generation family of three and needed to use the sofa bed. There were no instructions in the flat to indicate where the spare bed linen and towels were. We sent a message to the letting agent who responded quickly but it did initially cause some concern. Were grateful for the washing machine but could not locate an airer upon which to hang the washing to dry. The flat smelt of smoke when we arrived although it was advertised as non-smoking premises. However after leaving windows open for the time we were there the smell dissipated but it was of some concern as we were travelling with a young child. The floor could have been cleaner. Bathroom a bit small. Feel the flat could benefit from a good clean. It was not advertised as being three floors up which necessitated carrying luggage up stairs.
