Great Staff, good location and amenities

Food could have been better, however was at or slightly above Mai stream hotel type fair

Very modern and new interior. Staff were so lovely and accomodating. The house keeping team went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed for our honeymoon

The location was excellent, a few minutes walk from the BTS station. The staff were warm and helpful, and the facilities at the hotel were superb. The overall ambience of the hotel was welcoming and comfortable.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Restaurant…arriving at 8.00pm tired and hungry after long day flying we were told that our first three choices on the menu had run out and unavailable!! We walked in light rain to Phrom Phong to find dinner!! The next morning the first item we ordered Unavailable!! Waitress was really nice and came up with a compromise….day 4 I went down just before 11.00am and asked for an omelette ……sorry kitchen is closed was the response! I have been travelling to Bangkok for over 30 years and have stayed in the majority of 5;star hotels and to say this was a disappointing experience is an understatement and hurts because the staff overall in this Hotel are amazing ………their restaurant absolutely let them down in my honest opinion
