Big rooms with equipped kitchen, Excellent for long stays. Very close to Manhattan by subway. Great service Average breakfast, (for non-Americans) :it includes a lot of sugar, not quality coffee and no vegetables at all.

Hotel is super cool . Natasha is the super star of reception. So friendly and helpful. One small negative point - breakfast area too small for that big hotel .

The staff is really fantastic, the accommodation is simply wonderful, clean, and cultured, moreover, the breakfast is fantastic.

The staff and facilities were excellent. From check in to check in including the morning breakfast my experience was excellent. The only negative is the area around the building and the lack of places to eat.

Love the property, very clean and vibrant.

There are two attendants at the breakfast, were very rude and lack of customer service. One black woman with short/bob cut hair not tied up at the back, one beard spanish man and one ponytail long hair spanish/could be columbian woman seems to be rude, doesnt smile to the customers, shows up as bossy when ask for anything. Also there should be variety in breakfast. There are people all over the world comes to your hotel, but eggs bacon, sausage all are put together in on the tray, which is not Acceptable. Not all people eat bacon or sausages. There should be more variety in breakfast.same breakfast was served every single day. I found Natasha and Fardin at reception most helpful people. The area or hotel surrounding is full of weird dirty people walking around, at Night it feels scary or not safe. I was okay with the hotel room i got, clean and tidy. I would give 3 and a half star for that. Washroom basin sink's waterflow was very slow but we adjusted, didnt ask for room change. Anyways, overall it was okay and Nice experience.
