The space appeared to be spotless, welcoming, updated & centrally located. The initial paperwork seemed standard without any concerns.

All the neighbors on our side of the fence were rude. Housekeeping doesn’t sweep or swifter underneath the bed, the makeshift table with the stools that are the circumference of a 10” maybe 12” Pizza (the size of my face) or one stool for each cheek, & she doesn’t sweep or swifter the closet! She doesn’t clean broom out, never scoured the shower drain (I got the rust out) & hair off sides!!! She should & don’t clean the blinds & wooden lattice are costly so I would demand that!!! The AC WAS DISGUSTING WITH MOLD!!! I cleaned inside vents. Major problem with the unit was AC stopped working 2nd night in so we had to purchase 2 box fans! Can’t open screen door & window says do not open so we did not!!! We sweat we were uncomfortable! Speaking of uncomfortable, the RING INSTALL! Our 2nd night we get back to an unlocked unit because the keys don’t work which neighbors said you’ve been informed so!!! Anyway the Ring wasn’t there at check-in n all of a sudden bam there is the RING! Now we can’t trust this place!!! No letter, no note, no email no text nothing!!! You can hear conversations so basically outdoors isn’t happening!!! Let’s just say we should have left then but exhaustion set in hard n we had things to do the following day! We travel constantly! We always stay close to the Sea because it’s what I love!!! Never ever again will I stay at this place… NEVER! I did more for this property owner than they did for me! My husband & I wasted our money & I’m ashamed to say it’s the very 1st time in over 28yrs we’ve been traveling that I’ve said that!!! The invasion of our Privacy with that Ring Camera really had me twisted & especially because we hadn’t been notified by the property owner, mgmt, or leasing agent!

The location was excellent. The room was sweet. Nice and clean. It felt like a small home. Nice and comfy. Would love to do it all again.
