Nice size van although not obvious to find. I had a pin code to enter so did not see office staff. Another camper showed me a map. Plenty of kitchen equipment to use and a quiet site to stay. The staff in the Fat Badger restaurant were lovely and the food abd service was very good.
Television signal poor. Pillows very worn.

We liked the fact that due to mix up with the accommodation the staff in particular Nicola of Pebblebank Caravan Park who managed to find us a suitable caravan for the two nights that we needed.
The Fat Badger did a excellent range of drinks and food, there was a band playing on the outdoor stage on the Sunday evening, they were called Glass Spiders and they were excellent. There was also BBQ food and Pizzas available with an outside bar.
The evening was very well attended.
The breakfast the next morning was absolutely brilliant.

We didn't like the fact that when we arrived there was someone else in the accommodation that we had booked.
This was eventually sorted by the owner and Nicola in reception.
We would hesitate to use Booking.com again as if we had booked a property that was not on a holiday park we probably would have found it very difficult to find somewhere to stay that allowed a dog in the height of the summer holidays.

Setting and access all good.
Overall Cleanliness, no TV signal or WiFi, needing to bring own bedding and towels, broken fridge, lack of basic equipment such no bowls (not even for breakfast), no scissors etc, toilet rolls, dish cloth & tea towels.
Issues & photos were highlighted to the owner, who were clearly disappointed with the lack of attention by their cleaners and offered a partial/good will refund.
