Comfy , cosy and peaceful
Hot tub was fantastic and there was everything we needed for a couple of night relaxation

Everything! The rural location is stunning and so peaceful and it was a joy to watch the sheep grazing. The lodge is lovely and so comfortable - the sofa is something else!! The beds are comfortable, you have everything you need in the kitchen and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Communications from Sarah and Alan were excellent and timely, there's parking on site and the goodies that were left were delucious! We definitely will be back!
It's a shame the hot tub was out of order but it didn't ruin our stay as everything else was perfect.

It was comfortable and the host was lovely
The kettle had old water in and had limescale
There was a room that was full of boxes etc (presumably the owners)
This is not a private lodge at all and there seemed an awful lot of rules
Please see photos attached of how close you are to the owners
