The Chancery Hotel

The breakfast catering was excellent, as was the bar/restaurant adjacent to reception - all staff were friendly and professional. The overall customer service experience was exceptional, and I'd like to particularly thank Dylan, Florentina, Lorenzo and Steffan for their consistent support throughout our stay.

Excellent staff, they were professional and responsive to my needs and room choice. In particular I'd like to recognize Dillon, Fiorentina, Steffan & Lorenzo. Likewise, the restaurant & bar staff were also wonderful.

Good location, but a bit hampered by the closure of Dublin castle. Nevertheless, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast has a good variety of choices and the location was an easy walk to interesting sites of Dublin.

The location was great, the rest was just okay. It was a clean room. The restaurant and cafe in the lobby were very good with friendly and helpful staff.

It wasn't worth the price we paid. It was a clean room with average features. There was no view and the room was very small which is expected in a European City but they typically make up for this with excellent service and very well appointed rooms. We received bare minimum service and average appointments in the room. So, it was fine just over priced. If I could stay here for less than $350/night I would due to the location, otherwise there are other places to stay that are just as conveniently located and just as nice, and maybe have friendlier staff. Oh, and the shower could have been hotter. So, it was fine.
