location was great, room was good size especially the 1 bedroom apt we were upgraded to on our last night

sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable. I'm petite so size was doable for me, but not for a full sized adult. also sofa bed was very uncomfortable, could feel all the metal underneath. Needed 2 duvets on top of mattress just to be able to sleep on it

Thanks to the check-in staff, we were able to upgrade to a two-bedroom for no additional cost. The place was very organized and clean. The apartment was very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with tea/coffee and milk. Our room was next to the street but sound-proof windows gave us a quiet sleep at night.

Shower door. Half glass shower door is just not our thing. The water would splash outside the shower. It's not an issue, just a personal preference.

We liked this place so much so we decided to book it again a week later to spend our last night in Dublin. It is centrally located to museums and nearby attractions so we just walked to everywhere. Multiple tram/busses are nearby and convenient if you prefer to use that. I love that the key-less entry access (using your phone to unlock entrance and apartment doors). We were staying in the same room and noticed that some of the minor issues that we mentioned during our previous stay have all been addressed. This is a service that everyone should be looking for.

Staff were very helpful, booked us a taxi to zoo, recommended places to eat and interacted with our 1 year old. Bed super comfy and cot bed perfect for our little one.

Lovely location in Dublin close to center town, welcoming staff, comfy bed, good insulation in the apartments.

The electronic key with phone doesn't really work, I recommend to ask a classic card to open the door.

Instructions for parking was poor due to one way street. Put 80 augustine street into Google map its on the right hand side

The location was excellent and within walking distance of Vicar street venue and other places of interest. Staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting you with a smile and nothing was too much trouble for them

You can’t park at the door to drop off bags but that was a minor inconvenience and worth it for the facilities, staff and location.

great size, fab location. We stayed for New Years and were able to watch the fireworks right across the city from our apartment

parking is a pain with 5 large suitcases and some late night parties in the hall wasn’t ideal

Great location. Great staff. The staff went out of their way to help us and make us feel at home.

Beware the washer/dryer. Small appliance. A combo washer/dryer that doesn’t really dry. We regretted not staying somewhere with maid service. The place was pretty gross by the end of the week. It’s just too small and you don’t have access to cleaning equipment.
