We didn't spend much time in the Fairhaven as we met up with friends in Blackpool and left pretty early the following morning so didn't sample the breakfast. The welcome we had was very friendly and the bar/lounge and dining facilities looked very nice and clean.
The room we stayed in was very clean although in places the wallpaper on the ceiling was pealing off which I'm sure could easily be fixed.

Good breakfast with plenty of choice.
Location was ideal with short walking distances to attractions and shopping centre.
Hosts really friendly and good with children.
