The owner is friendly and willing to help you. There is no staff in the house but when you call it is possible to get help.
There is no restaurant nearby but the owner brings you a simple breakfast when desired.
The room is large with a good bathroom. The room also has a private balcony which is good.
The price for the room is in our experience quite expensive but it may be well priced for the area. We do not know.
The location is 5.4 km from Vagamon and tuktuk costs 150 rs to 170 rs. The property is right on the road, but the road is not very busy. There are also regular buses to Vagamon that stop at the property. Ask the owner for bus times.
The internet does not work optimally. And mobile data has very poor coverage as the house is located a little down in the landscape.
Nearby it is possible to walk a few meters in altitude on some local hills. We went for a very nice walk and visited a tea plantation nearby after permission from someone we met there.
It’s very few western tourists in the area.
Internet was difficult.

Amazing view from the room
No pantry / food option in the place. But they brought us food from Vagamon restaurants
