Louise was a friendly and fun host. We had a special occasion to celebrate and she gave us a lovely box of chocolates. The accommodation is in a neighbourhood area with a mini mart directly across the road. This is an older style of building, which the tariff reflects and is on the first floor. It was lovely to have the larger rooms. There were many thoughtful touches such as local books to read, tissues and battery operated candles. Louise was an attentive and responsive host and made us feel very welcome.
We found the external stairs quite steep and the floorboards were a bit noisy at night, but that’s often part of staying in an older building.
