Great location and good facilities. Very handy for what we needed

The tv and remotes were very difficult to use. The remote doesn’t match the tv so the buttons were all over the place and you couldn’t use any streaming services. The sheets wrapped around the duna came off and you could see all the stains - it was clear the duna hadn’t been washed in a while and had blood stains and everything. Didn’t like the digital key as it meant the same person needed to let everyone in and out. It was also hard to know what was expected for check out because there was no instructions

The room was very comfortable and clean. Great location. It was very difficult to gain entry as you needed to download yet another app to get a virtual key. The key didn't work straight away you had to keep trying and it didn't open some doors so was very frustrating trying to gain entry.

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms for 2 single travellers

Not an issue for us, but could be for others. Noisy gym in room underneath, starts early morning. 3 rooms have balcony opening onto road- a noisy main road at all hours. No contact access. Unclear instructions.

Excellent location for our needs. Close to public transport, shops and a great choice of restaurants. Secure on-site parking easy to access.

The small details let Grow down; cabinet laminate edges that had begun to peel away, blinds that were fraying, dust, fluff and scuff marks on floors. Haier washer dryer very inefficient and couldn't keep to time (the final 1 minute took 10+ minutes). Bed was way too soft. And the digital key did my head in - took 30 minutes to get it to work!
