Great location which is very convenient for visiting around.
The facilities are nice and clean and the living room is cosy.
Issue with the passing trains but that was stated at the start of the stay by the staff.

The bed is really comfortable and the staff is friendly.
The private room was the most spacious of our entire trip in Japan, and the price was the lowest.
There are free umbrellas for guests.
The shared kitchen and fridge seems to be organized.
They received our luggage from another accommodation, but for the delivery of the luggage, they asked me to go to a Family Mart a few meters from the hotel.
The laundry room is small, so you will need patience to compete with all the guests (there are many rooms).
The smoking room is near the elevator, so you'll have to smell it everytime you arrive or leave your room.
