Very nice house, with car park. Kitchen , bathroom and living room super clean. Fully equipped kitchen. host was such a nice to leave keys around 11 instead of 3 so we got there around 1

I believe bedding wasn't changed after previous guests. Never seen such a dirty bed sheet before. We spend one night on the sofa as it was disguising, had marks and hairs all over. Then host contacted us to say there is spare in wardrobe, unfortunately wasn't good as well, old but at least not such a dirty. Shame as house was really clean and tidy. Towels need change as well as they are really old, looks like used for few years and then passed to hotel guests. Bed not comfortable making noise each time you move. House is in the middle of nowhere far from restaurants and nice beach( poetto beach) is around 30 mins away by car. The beach next to house is not nice at all

Once again I am convinced that La Maddalena is the best place for a beach holiday near Cagliari. The beach - "anthill" "Poeto" and the beach - "cloaca" Spiaggia Calamosca do not go to any comparison. “lovely house with garden” - paradise in Beach Frutti d'Oro. . First of all, I would like to say that the hosts are super!!! Contact and pleasant people in communication! We were provided with a convenient check-in for us, we received useful advice and answers to our questions. Very clean villa and grounds. Very beautiful and well-kept garden. The kitchen is equipped with new modern appliances (refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc.), and the number and variety of kitchen utensils is simply amazing. Dinner outdoors was a delight for us. The beach is 5 minutes’ walk from the house. Very quiet place, but at the same time it is within walking distance to a supermarket and a bus stop (domestic bus, and bus to Cagliari)
