Fully stocked kitchen and a good TV.
Noisy in the morning, cause of footsteps and music outside.

It was very spacious, very clean. The bed bed was very comfortable. It is only a 20-minute walk to Leeds General Infirmary (why I was staying) and a 25 min walk to the city centre or about 5 minutes on the bus. The bus stop is very close. Shops, takeaways, and a pub just outside. The pub was a bit noisy on the student night, but no later than 11, and it wasn't an issue for me. The owner was easy to contact and very welcoming. If someone is staying above you, you can hear them walking around, but again, that was no issue for me. I will be staying here again and would recommend it.
