We were there for a poker tournament and it was perfect location - the house was very nice - we actually liked the bed in the spare bedroom in the middle. The only negative is the backyard, it is all dirt so if it rains it’s mud - I would suggest they put in fake grass for at least 1/2 of the yard

Great place to stay. Definitely would book again when we come back to Austin. Everything was so nice and clean and the bed were so comfortable.

First, it's a good value for that area. The house is good, but the entrance cement steps are very high and dangerous. The mattress in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable; the head end is higher than the foot end. Additionally, the mattress topper is too small, so you need to adjust it daily. Please note that the house list accommodates up to 10 guests. If you have more than six, an additional fifty-dollar charge will apply for each guest over six.
