Good location in the center of Banff, could walk everywhere. They were able to provide luggage storage which was helpful. Room was clean and as shown in pictures.
We asked twice in reception for an extra fan in the room and were told both times they would bring it to the room but there was never a fan delivered. This did make the nights a bit uncomfortable as it was very hot in the rooms.

I liked how close to the shops we were just walking distance.
I wasn’t happy that we couldn’t access the garage from the door when leaving only by the vehicle entrance
I did like it heated tho

The staff was not very well informed about the town, parking options etc. He did not seem interested.
The location was nice - right in town. We were fortunate to get a parking space.
