Location

No fan in the bathroom

Location is very convenient plus parking is included. Otherwise it's a decent hotel. Lobby is nice and there is a restaurant and cafe attached
Very poor view - there was none. I would not recommend level 1 to people.
Checking in took a very long time. I was at the counter for a while.

Good location to walk around the town, most staff are friendly.
My room has a small corner window so the room was very dark, the carpet is dirty and the room smells very bad, the bed is not comfortable . One older lady at front desk was very rude when approached for questions.

The location is fantastic! Lobby and restaurants are top notch.
The actual rooms are outdated & do not mirror lobby and contemporary aesthetics. Bathroom was updated and nice tho.
