TOUT . L'accueil chaleureux d'Alicia et de son papa, aux petits soins pour nous. Après avoir pris nos bagages, tôt le matin, Ils nous ont même accueillis avant l'heure prévue, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié après un vol très matinal. L'appartement est grand, très propre et confortable pour 6,7 personnes. La literie excellente. Situation au top, près de la gare et du marché. Plein de petites attentions de la part d'Alicia : Le frigo plein de bouteilles d'eau fraîche, et divers boissons. De quoi prendre le petit déjeuner. Des petites bouteilles de produits douche et shampoing, De plus, Alicia a pris le temps de nous montrer sur un plan les monuments à voir, prenant même le temps de nous accompagner jusqu'au marché. De plus Alicia parle un français parfait, ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé pour communiquer avant, pendant et à la fin du séjour. Pendant le séjour, Alicia a pris le temps de savoir si tout se passait bien. Nous recommandons à 200 pour cent le logement d'Alicia et c'est certain si nous revenons à Palerme, c'est chez elle que nous reviendrons. Merci Alicia et merci à votre papa. Bon séjour à tous

Agata's apartment in Palermo was amazing. It exceeded all of our expectations! The beautiful kitchen was equipped with everything you need, making cooking in it a breeze. She left the refrigerator fully stocked with drinking water and juices. The location was an easy walk to the train station and about a 15 min walk into the historic center. But the best part was Agata and her father, Alessandro. They picked us up at the train station and drove us to the apartment, which was so appreciated since my husband had injured his back. Agata checked in frequently to make sure everything was good and was responsive to our every need. I cannot say enough positive things about her and her beautiful apartment! 5 stars for sure!

There is nothing I did not like about our stay there.

Quiet, spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms, excellent air conditioning (lounge & 2 x bedrooms we used). It was located close to the Mercato Ballarò, the historic centre and train station. On-street parking available. Well equipped and very clean. Hosts were exceptional - nothing was too much trouble

The hosts' warmth, courtesy, and kindness were truly exceptional. I guess, the real Italian spirit. We have rented apartments in many cities and countries over the years, but the hospitality we received here was simply unparalleled. They made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself was well equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were supplied with thoughtful amenities, there were several televisions, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly—an absolute necessity during Palermo's hot summer months. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Palermo.

Although the apartment itself was excellent—modern, newly renovated, and very comfortable—the surrounding neighborhood was less appealing, with garbage in most places. Palermo is a fascinating city with an extraordinary history and cultural heritage, but it has clearly seen better days. Unfortunately, many areas appear neglected, with litter, deteriorating buildings, and streets that would benefit from significant cleaning and revitalization. Naturally, this is entirely beyond the owner's control, but it is something prospective visitors should keep in mind when choosing their accommodation.
