Big stylish rooms - it looks exactly like the photos, yet everything (aircon, shower, wifi, etc) is modern and works well. breakfast has lots of variety. The front desk is manned 24/7 - the manager helped me to book a taxi to the train station at 430am. Location is about 10min walk to the old town, and there's a convenient grocery store around the corner.

The room is incredibly spacious, clean, and impeccably maintained. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The interior is beautiful, elegant, and wonderfully cozy. It’s a place where you can truly relax and enjoy your stay.

The room was quite spacious; the bed was comfortable; the bathroom was maintained in cleanliness; and the breakfast was prepared in the authentic Uzbek style.

The staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, characterized by rudeness and a lack of friendliness. We felt discriminated against, particularly by the administrative staff member. Whenever we requested assistance, they appeared to avoid or delay providing help. At checkout, she inspected our room but did not examine the room of another guest who was checking out with me. Also, there was no daily housekeeping and when we asked for it, the lady who was cleaning the room made a weird face so we didn't ask for cleaning on another day. Consequently, I do not recommend this hotel to Indian guests.
