The location of this stay can't be beat. This amazing house is in the center of Bath and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The house itself was bigger than expected and fit all 9 of us incredibly well. Well stocked kitchen, good-sized living room with a tv, and plenty of bathrooms. We were very comfortable.
There are a lot of stairs in this house and no bedrooms on the ground or first floor, so you'll need to climb a good amount to get to the first bedroom. The bathroom pipes also gave off a funny smell when we ran the water, but that went away after a little while.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The property is really clean and spacious. There were 8 of us and it felt like we had plenty of room (and enough bathrooms too). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. It's a very central location and easy walking distance to central Bath.
The parking outside is only for 2 hours - but that can't be helped, and there is a longer-stay car park just around the corner. The top floor bedrooms did get a little hot, but soon cooled down with the windows open, and we really appreciated the fans in every room.

So central. Beautiful place, clean, with everything you need. 11 of us stayed and it was simply perfect. We went to ladies day at the races and it was only 15 min taxi ride. Would definitely look to stay again, and highly recommend it. Thank you 🙏
A blow back smell from the bathroom. Needs looking into.

Location, beds, great communication.
Bathrooms slightly compromised, wet room awkward and en suite to twin bedroom on top floor noisy and a bit smelly (macerating toilet).
