Great room size for my needs; excellent location, top-notch cleanliness and friendly staff - superb value.

Great location . Friendly staff . Nice lobby .
No frills. My card would stop working almost everyday. I was there . The tv didn’t have any English channels or cable . So a bit useless .

Staff were kind and helpful
Rooms are quite tight, lack of a clear window was a shame

I like the location. Not too far from the subway, 7-11, and laundry. Staff were helpful and friendly.
It's about a 15-20 min walk to Dotonburi/Shinsaibashi but I don't mind it.
Overall, the room was a bit small. Not a lot of space to maneuver. It wasn't much of an issue as I was travelling by myself but it could be an issue if you're not a solo traveller. Also, the bathroom had a bit of a smell even after it was cleaned through room service.
