The location was perfect! Close to Cedar Point but also other local attractions. We visited Vermillion and Huron in addition to Sandusky. Mulberry Creek Herb Farm and winery is very close - cool place! Washer and dryer was a great bonus, plus our own parking space.
My only criticism is that the tub has a pretty serious drainage issue. During a shower you end up standing in a few inches of water.

Super easy to check in. Great location and town area. ~10-15min to cedar point and downtown Sandusky. ~5 min to nearest beach. Many local restaurants and activities nearby. Longest drive was 20 minutes. House was organized, clean, and perfect for us. All amenities worked.
No easy communication with host. Got an email on the first day with an emergency number but nothing for simple questions and comments. Amenities worked but washing machine was off balance, no gas in the grill, drain in tub was very slow.
