Very clean and a hotel like facility.
There is no air conditioning in the dorm room and no window can open to ventilate.

La ubicación
Solicitan un extra por el servicio de SPA de manera opcional. Pagué el extra para dos personas, pero no cumplieron con la publicidad de Booking dado que el servicio que sí incluye es un sauna. Que por cierto no vale para nada el dinero extra que se canceló.

Perfecte locatie!!! Super leuke wijk. Leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand.
Rustig in de nacht. Leuk dakterrasje. Heerlijke relaxbanken. Gratis koffie en thee de hele dag. Super vriendelijk personeel.

The location was great. We enjoyed being close to everything. The setup was also nice - we liked the lounge area in the middle of the common area, especially the fire. It was a nice meeting space to talk with other guests.
The employees were not very kind. I asked questions and they scowled at me. I tried to have a discussion and they ignored me on a couple of occasions. We did not get towels, and had to ask for them. When we asked, they acted inconvenienced by the request. We stayed in the room for three nights, and they did not clean it. This would have been fine, but there was no airflow or fan in the bathroom, so it was constantly damp, and our towels didn't dry. I felt like I was a burden on the staff instead of a welcome guest.
