For city visitors the location is perfect. Good resturants all aroound. Cheap parking at parking house in Via Parma about 10 minutes walk for the flat. Good stay for 2 people for a few days. Very informative viedo made by host showing how to get the keys and access the flat. All comunication by Whatsapp worked out very smoothly.

I didn't like the playlist at the beauty shop right across the street:)

This apartment was perfect for our 5night stay. It has everything you need to feel at home and comfortable. Everything was super fresh and clean. Even the courtyard and hallway were extremely clean. Nice modern appliances, good water pressure, great coffee machine and teapot. It’s in a great location with a grocery store only 3 mins walk away and only a 15 min walk to train station. Tons of shopping, cafes and restaurants all close by as well. The property owner was very friendly, stayed in touch to make sure everything was ok. They always answered promptly as well as gave suggestions on local spots to visit. I really appreciated the extra touches they left to get us through the first few hours until we could go shopping. Bottle water, ice, coffee/tea and a few snacks was a very pleasant surprise after our 15+ hours journey. We definitely will stay again when visiting family in Alessandria.

Everything was excellent.

Struttura perfetta al centro di tutto , molto accogliente e pulita , ha tutti i comfort necessari

Very close to a canal and the restaurants around the area served good food. Room was nice and clean

No elevator, the check in process was a bit laborious since the keys are in a different location about 400 meters away which if you’re carrying a lot of luggage is a struggle
