The apartment is centrally located, with easy access to all major amenities: bars, a pharmacy, restaurants, and a supermarket. Just a 10-minute walk from the central station.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, two bathrooms, and two balconies.

The apartment, approximately 75 square meters, is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (you must climb stairs to access it).

-BEDROOM with two single beds (one of which is a fold-out bed), large closet, access to the balcony, bathroom (2);

-LIVING ROOM with sofa, 40-inch TV, split A/C, dining table, access to the balcony;

-KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator with small freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, electric oven, and microwave, various kitchen utensils;

-BATHROOM 1 with bathtub, bidet, and toilet;

-BATHROOM 2 with shower stall, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE: Unlimited Wi-Fi, heating with thermostatic valves, two fans, air conditioning (living room/kitchenette area), iron and ironing board, clothesline, hair dryer, washer-dryer, and mosquito screens.

Guest Access

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

At check-in-in, we will need to record the information of each guest as required by Italian law; therefore, you will be asked to show a valid form of identification.



Please note that check-ins outside the specified hours must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- between 9:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: 25 euros

- between 11:00 PM and midnight: 30 euros

- from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.: 40 euros

All requests for late check-in are subject to the property’s approval.

The latest possible check-in time, even with the surcharge, is 1:30 a.m.
