Very easy to find and park. Building and room is very clean and nice.

It’s on the beginning of Broadway, had to taxi up to downtown but that was no big deal.

We looked at the pool and it was nice, but didn’t use it. The location is nice and convenient. Nice walkable area. Definitely check out the Late Great speakeasy that’s about a block away!

Whenever a toilet is flushed above you, it’s insanely loud! When people walk above you, you hear it. The first night I hardly slept because of all the noise. The second night I put in earplugs and slept really well. Earplugs are a necessity to sleep at this place unfortunately.

Reception staff were friendly, attentive & knowledgable. Shuttle bus driver was also lovely. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was modern and clean. Jeremiah at the valet service was great, as were all the other valet staff.

The room was clean in parts but had stains over the sofas which was quite off putting along with thick dust over the walls & skirting boards indicating it perhaps gets more of a surface clean after each stay opposed to a deeper clean. The shuttle to downtown was great on a Friday and Saturday as Ubers are expensive, and location wise this hotel is too far to walk to broadway. The latest pick up time from broadway is 10:30pm though so if you prefer a later dinner & time to explore the street, keep in mind you’ll probably end up spending money on taxis anyway. Rooms have very thin walls and ceilings and are very noisy, from above, beside & in the hallway so although it’s in a quieter part of town, we were woken up every night from various residents coming back from broadway during early hours of the morning.
