Clean, comfortable and a great amount of space. Walkable to a few cool bars and cafes around Music Row, and only 15-20 minute taxi into the city centre. Incredibly easy to deal with from start to finish.
Nothing!

It was clean, had everything we needed that we didn’t expect such as body wash, dish soap and laundry detergent. We were in the area to support a friend having surgery at the VA hospital/Vanderbilt and loved the close proximity.
Had some issues with the front door codes.

Very comfortable beds. Clean. Lovely apartment
Nowhere to store luggage for early arrivals or late flights home.
Difficult to get WiFi code, had to email property.
No washing machine
No staff on hand to help.
Maid service could not speak English and assist us.
Not as close to Downtown as stated.
