John & Mary Suites

Centrally located, clean and well equipped. We had a problem with the shower (us using it wrongly) which the owners sorted very promptly. Vicky was excellent, very friendly, helpful and efficient. I would absolutely use this room for my next stay in Rethymno!

Great stay at John & Mary Suites! Amazing location, beautiful and comfortable room, and a very kind and responsive host. I was there for work and felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Would happily stay again! Highly recommended!

The location was great, and the rooms spacious.

That there was no reception or human interaction to start with, feels impersonal. The rooms weren’t cleaned daily and when it was cleaned, the bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly at all, the showers could be revamped, they are old. The most disappointing is that as a boutique hotel: should babies and young children be allowed. We were woken early hours of the morning by a group of families travelling together and rented 3 of the 6 rooms, who had their room doors open and kids screaming. It felt like we were all in the same room and not what you expect from an expensive boutique hotel. Also we were not informed of the paid parking situation, this should have been explained at the time of confirming the booking. I hope my feedback is taken constructively and helpful
