The mattresses need to be replaced. You could feel the coils.otherwise it was clean and cozy. We could walk to the Latin Section and the Spanish Arch. The shopping was fun too!
Only the mattresses.

The property has been recently renovated and is in an excellent condition. Very clean. Location is excellent. It’s near the city centre but very quiet. Also a good safe spot to park your car.
Lacks a bit in ‘character’. Room was on the smaller side.

The location was excellent - only 10 mins walk to all the bars and restaurants and quite close to Salthill beach. Off road parking was really helpful. The bathroom was clean and well equipped.
The bedroom was rather cramped and tea and coffee making facilities were downstairs in a communal kitchen but you had to bring your own, including milk. It would have been a nice touch to at least supply tea, coffee, sugar and little uht milk pots.

Location was great. Parking was a big bonus. Lockbox was easy to find and use.
No laundry service. A/C didn’t work. Room was very small.

"Molto accogliente, in una zona tranquilla con possibilità di parcheggio interno ma a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. La zona cucina è molto funzionale, ampia e ben attrezzata. Vicino ad un supermerca..."
