Volmar Hotel

Its new, modern and clean. Location is great. Receptionist ladies are good.

Most of the Restaurant staff is poorly trained and too much on their smartphones. I saw and elderly customer trying to order a coffee outside. The staff just walked by being ensnared by her smartphone. He waited another 15 minutes. A good waiter would have noticed it immediately since he was raising his hand. Also, no hot chocolate for kids at the breakfast? The coffee machine was broken, why then do i have to pay for a cappuchino?. Its not my fault, but i had to drink the Thermo coffee instead. Thats poor customer treatment. I know albania has much too learn in terms of tourism, so please take my advice seriously, as i know this business very well

My stay at this hotel was amazing mostly because of the staff. They provided exceptional hospitality and they were all extremely kind and helpful. In all my years of traveling this was one of the best hotel staff I have experience from a 4 star hotel. A special thank you to Jona and Relinda for answer all my questions, upgrading our rooms, helping us with finding taxi’s and , Kutjim for helping us with our parking spots, getting up at night opening the door for us and always being friendly and he doesn’t even speak English. Breakfast was simple but had anything you need to have a good start of the day. Rooms were clean

Nothing!

The room was clean and nice with a great view, the hotel was right next to the beach, with sunbeds that belonged to the hotel. The breakfast was great, and the staff was nice, they also speak english good enough, which is rare in this country.

I wish I could give a perfect score to this hotel, but unfortunately we had one problem. The room had a lot of ants though our stay, I told that to the staff on the first day and they said that the cleaners use insecticide sprays on every cleaning, but it didn't matter, the ants stayed with us the whole time.
