Ik was vooral onder de indruk van de architectuur.
Het ontbijt was correct de keuken was zeer goed.
De ligging tov de zee werd maximaal gebruikt.
Dit hotel voldeed geheel aan onze verwachtingen.

Beautiful hotel. We had sea view room and it was huge. Rooms have air con. Housekeeping staff were friendly. The breakfast options were good.
The front office/reception ladies were not so friendly. We had a few queries and they made us feel like we were a bother. The guy at reception wearing glasses was very friendly and polite and even helped us get a taxi to Tirana on our checkout.
We had dinner once and the male waiters ignored us at as they were attending to other guests who walked in after us. Once we made our order, the food took ages to be delivered although we could see from where we had sat that the kitchen was very efficient it was more of a waiter issue. The waiter got our order wrong and when we pointed it out he was very defensive and blamed us claiming we had not made the order.
