Spacious and safe, the staff are helpful and respectful
The location is very poor, the street is very inclined and tiring, the balcony view in the picture was very nice however the actual view is just walls with no exposure to even see the sky

It was close to Taksim square...that's all really.
Room was very small, we reserved the rooftop terrace but got the first floor apartment. We asked for the rooftop but was told it was booked and could have it after 3 days. On day 3 our cases were moved to the 2nd floor apartment...never got the rooftop which was why we made this booking in the first place. No lift, steep stairs.
