Jaye is a great Host-Very accommodating. Clean bright rooms, A/C kept the whole place cool in spite of the outdoor temps. Living Rm and Kitchen were nice. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. Thanks Jaye

My family and me, including our little dog, stayed here for my Daughter’s Orientation at URI. The house is very clean and centrally located to the College and the beaches. It’s on a quiet little street, our dog loved it! The house is so clean and cute, we loved all the beachy pictures in the house! Jaye was so sweet and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!

The interior of this property was one of the cleanest and neatest at which we have ever stayed as was shown in the photos. Very comfortable. The hosts were helpful, accommodating and welcoming.
The exterior (which was not shown on the listing) unfortunately needed to be cleaned up. The access path was nearly blocked by an overgrown bush and a pile of old mulch was at the front of our parking space. There was really no area for appealing outdoor seating. Although the neighborhood was neat and quiet, this exterior of this property was not as well maintained as its neighbors.
The hosts were so nice, it is difficult to say anything negative, but guests need to know what the outside looks like.
