Plenty of shops great view very nice host

Loved every minute of it. Excellent location directly at the water and the shops and restaurants. The house is very well appointed with new and modern appliances and bathroom. Beds were super comfy and house is very cozy and super clean. The deck/balcony with view on the water is wonderful. The house is very quiet. Communication with the owner is excellent and check in and check out process are straightforward and easy. The owner really goes above and beyond to make this a memorable and comfortable stay. We had a great time and would highly recommend this. The reserved parking spot is a huge plus. All in all an excellent place for spending a wonderful time.

Had a wonderful time enjoying the local shops and shoreline as well as some adventures up to Maine and whale watching out of Gloucester. Loved my morning runs/walks and local coffee shops to start the day.

The location of this cute cottage cannot be beat - right in Dock Square between Bearskin Neck and Front Beach. The floors and ceilings are full of character, the bath and appliances are new and beautiful We loved our bedrooms with the cozy bedding (we heard no/very minimal street noise) - and my older son slept on a 'day bed' on the top floor that connects to the beautiful deck. The deck may actually be the best part - you can see Front Beach out to the ocean. I had coffee there in the mornings - listening to the waves and birds, definitely a highlight for me. Because of the great location the kids could walk around on their own (pre-teen and 14 y/o). The reserved parking is a game-changer - in Rockport, it's best to have a dedicated spot for your car. The host was excellent, attentive but not too much, left us a basket of snacks, pods for the Keurig, waters, etc. I believe that they thought of everything. We can't wait to go back.
