The rooms were night, clean, and had air conditioning. The staff were helpful. When I arrived, I was informed that there was no bus the next day (Jan 1) to Nati. So I had to leave that night, meaning I didn't stay the whole night. They were able to refund half my money. That's better than nothing.
Of course, I would have loved a full refund. Also, it was strange that after I was gone they said to Booking.com that I Never showed up, which would have led to me being charged the price of the room, after I'd already paid half in cash. But this seems to have resolved.
