The apartment was very stylish and designed with exellent taste. The view over Menaggio and the river below was fantastic, and the apartment manager was exteremely kind, welcoming and helpful.

There was really nothing we didn't like. Everything was comfortable and well prepared, and we especially appreciated being allowed to use the washing machine. The apartment is on the third floor, but this was not a problem for us at all. In fact, walking up the stairs through the beautiful old Italian building felt like part of the experience and added to its charm.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Lake Como. Finding the keys was quick and easy, everything was exactly as described, and the apartment matched the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed, so it was very easy and convenient to cook at home. There is also a grocery store just a 3-minute walk away, which was a big plus. There are cafés and restaurants nearby, and the town center is only about an 8–10 minute walk from the apartment. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was excellent, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the apartment. It had everything we needed, and the location was very convenient.

There were a few things that could have made our stay more comfortable. First, there was no welcome drink. Getting to the apartment from the ferry involves about a 10-minute uphill walk with suitcases over cobblestone streets, followed by four flights of stairs, so even a bottle of water upon arrival would have been greatly appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped, but there were no basic cooking essentials such as salt or oil. These are small things, but they are not particularly convenient to buy when you are only staying for a few days. Another downside was the early check-out time at 10:00 AM, which felt quite early compared to what we are used to. We managed to arrange a 10:30 AM check-out, but it was still a little inconvenient. None of these things ruined our stay, but they are worth keeping in mind when booking, especially the uphill walk, the stairs with luggage, and the early check-out.

Casa amplia con todo lo necesario y confort. Zona céntrica y tranquila, perfecta para descansar. A/C en todas la estancias.

Por poner un pero, no tiene ascensor. Y las ventanas son bajas, si viajas con niños tienes que asegurar que no estén abiertas si están cerca.

Appartamento spazioso e ben arredato, pieno di lampade ed oggetti di design. Letti e divano comodi, bagno grande, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Pulito e ben fornito. A 5 minuti a piedi dal capolinea degli autobus e dalla piazza principale e a 10 dal molo per prendere il traghetto. Per di più, è vicino ad alcune stazioni di ricarica per le auto elettriche.

E' un sottotetto con soffitti alti, quindi abitabile, ma tutte le finestre sono all'altezza della pancia. Per una settimana di vacanza può andar bene ma è piuttosto scomodo doversi chinare ogni volta si vuol vedere fuori. E' un terzo piano senza ascensore. Ci sono 71 scalini belli alti che, se non sei ben allenato, ti fanno passare la voglia di scendere per non dover poi risalire. Tenetene conto.
