We loved this house! It was absolutely pristine, beautifully decorated, and pleasantly coordinated. It offered the ideal space and layout for our family of 7, with 4.5 bathrooms and multiple bedrooms offering varying sleeping accommodations. The house can accommodate well above the total in our group. It was perfect for entertaining and had a great, large open floorplan including a kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare a lavish family meal at home, including a gas grill and beautiful tableware, cookware and serving pieces. Perfect for family game or movie night. Location offered a quiet beach retreat, with a quick walk to neighboring community park that offered tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts which our family loved, with many local spots in which to indulge (cafes, ice cream, burger joints, acai bowls, restaurants). However, these spots are dispersed throughout the area and we found that a car was needed to travel around. Also, we did not find restrooms on the beach and it was about an 8-10 minute walk to get from the beach back to the house. We loved that the house was conveniently located under 30 minutes away from both Atlantic City and Historic Smithville which was great. The host was very responsive and even sent a few welcome videos outlining some of the details for the stay that was very helpful. My whole family loved this house and we would definitely consider staying here again and recommending it. Everything about our stay was seamless.

We loved the coastal design of this brand new 3-story stunner - every detail was curated to be peaceful and inviting. Elevated ceilings, open living spaces, plenty of seating and sleeping areas, combined with modern appliances, TV's galore, balconies and an AC skyline view. We loved being close enough to jaunt off the island to visit nearby AC, Margate or Ocean City; and were also just as happy to stay local and walk to the beach each day (the walk through the dunes is peaceful and means less people and a more expansive beach which we appreciated). Our hosts were responsive and helpful, going above and beyond when we needed anything. Don't miss this one!
