Great place to stay for our girls trip! Host was very responsive. Nice size bedrooms, beds and pillows were comfortable. We loved the porch. It was about a 15 to 20 minute walk to Broadway depending on where we were headed, so that was nice. The island in the kitchen was great. The only suggestion would be more seating in the living area since it sleeps up to 12. We pulled in chairs from the dining table and it was fine. The long dining table was nice, but maybe more seating and a smaller table. We would stay there again!

The property served us well as 4 persons attending and exhibiting at a trade show in the Music Cuty Center. Easy walk. The concierge Lawrence was fantastic and needs to be commended for her attitude towards customers. The unit could have been supplied with facial tissues ie Kleenex and another trash bag would have helped. In the site description you should note that the coffee maker is a drip style and not a K-Cup style. We were prepared for K-Cup. We very much enjoyed the unit and look forward to Future stays.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property. It has a great layout and big outside porch. It was an easy walk to the museums and bars.We gave a 4-star rating because of a few issues. The listing said the suite had a Keurig coffee machine so we brought only K cups. The suite actually had a regular coffee machine. Called the management company and they said they would get us a Keurig machine the next day but they never showed.Also, the internet did not work well, two of the bedrooms had ceiling fan lights that went on at various times during the night and they really need to replace all the pots/pans in the kitchen. If they fixed all the above issues, it would be a 5-star for us.

Location of building is very convenient, very, Inside condo was very nice and well appointed, But the exterior noise is more than excessive, being woke up at 6-7 am every morning by trucks, boom trucks, garbage trucks, people talking outside, the train was not the problem at all, all windows closed and still simply too noisy and unexpected at this price point.
The rug in main room needs to be replaced, it is very dirty. We used the washer / dryer on the last night, there is clearly an issue with the dryer, it sounds like there is a brick inside it when turned on.
