Would highly recommend to anyone going to Nashville! It was walking distance from Broadway, very clean, very easy to access. When I come back to Nashville, I will definitely be booking this again.

We absolutely loved the unit! Plenty of room for all of us, clean, modern and within walking distance of Broadway! Will definitely rent again!

Great location and the management was great. It is in a bit of a downtrodden with the homeless mission across the street. Overall the condo and location to downtown was wonderful

Please be aware. This location is not ideal. Although walkable, our group did not feel safe walking at night to and from Broadway, particularly the segment from the traffic circle to the Hyve. There is security staff in the building (all very nice) but they would not be able to see you walking up the street to help. Additionally, I would not recommend GoodNight Stay properties. There is a mandatory fee that is hidden half way through the many additional house rules. This seems purposeful. The many steps you have to take to book and then check in to this facility also aren't worth it. We would have benefited from a one hour early check in and one hour late check out but the cost was truly outrageous. Our visit was hampered by many emails and texts with the GoodNight Stay staff over soap. Although responsive, they argued about the 25 cent soap that was supposed to be supplied for each bathroom. Emails left them agreeing that I should just buy my own soap. Many text messages ended with them dropping off new packets with soap but all interactions inferred that I was being dishonest. Given the price, I do not think it is too much to ask to get soap to wash hands in the bathroom. Ultimately, seems like the packaging was faulty and the soap fell out of the packets. We did not have enough toilet paper for three nights and one shower didn't drain but didn't seem worth mentioning given the soap issues. There are lots of options, avoid this location and property managers.
