The house was very clean, roomy and bright. Enough room for 6 adults to stay comfortably. However, as there were only 8 plates, 8 coffee mugs and 5 glasses, we had to wash dishes after every meal. I would suggest if you stay, to bring paper plates, bowls, cups and utensils. Not only was there not enough utensils, the house lacked serving spoons, no large bowls or platters. We had an issue with lack of enough towels, which was resolved in a timely manner. I would possibly stay again if lack of kitchen items was our only negative.

Stayed for brief fall weekend get away with family and had an evening cruise on the water. Beautiful area.

Lovely house close to the beach. Plenty of room on the porch, living room and kitchen for the 5 of us to hang out and catch up. About 10 mins to Newburyport. Hard to find beach parking so on your day of checkout, if you’re wanting to go to the beach, make sure you get to the beach access (there’s one about a half mile away from the house heading back toward town) by 7:00 am and park your car there. It was already full by 10:00. There were some dead bugs on the porch but that’s to be expected being near the beach. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. Updated bathrooms and comfy beds. Host was incredibly responsive. Would recommend.

Good communication, place was adorable and as described. Very clean!
