breakfast was really good, staff was very friendly but the room was not up to the expectations, not value for money ! for me it was very high value of money I expected to see the room to be in a good shape it was not a clean as I expected the window was in a bad condition, I kept asking for the extra bed for 3 hours, they brought it very late

Rooms are below average furnishing, lobby and restaurant are too small, staff appearance isn’t relevant to 4* hotel, elevator always in malfunction mode with slow response from facility team In general, this couldn’t be ranked 4* hotel, value for money isn’t fair

Friendly attentive staff, modern and fresh room fit-outs. Facilities are new, and the breakfast is top-notch in terms of quality.

Super clean, minimal, and friendly staff

The location is a bit far to downtown & Marina in Gouna, transportation was a bit difficult - only London Cab and some Ubers would accept coming

Friendly staff, Mr Mostafa helped us a lot with special requests, front dest officers were helpful.

Liked the hotel very much It was peaceful and relaxing Breakfast was good

Unable to order food to hotel as no app deliver including mcds so had to travel to get food that was the most disappointing thing.
